MP SET or Madhya Pradesh State Eligibility Test is the recruitment test that appoints Assistant Professors to various universities and colleges under Madhya Pradesh.   1. Academic Qualification

  1. Minimum Marks Attained

Candidates who appear for MP SET Chemical Science must have minimum marks attained in the master’s degree, as follows: 

  • General Category: At least 55% marks in aggregate. 
  • Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/PwD): Minimum marks aggregating 50% in the master’s degree. 

The prerequisite of percentage helps includes candidates from only those categories who have sound academic records. The critical aspect here is that the percentage worked out is considering aggregate marks as secured under the master’s degree.

Master’s Students All those students who are in the final year of their master’s in chemical science or its equivalent degree qualification are eligible to apply for MP SET in Chemical Science examination. However, you must pass your final-year examination and provide proof of your passing result by the date announced for the result so that you are eligible to sit for the exam.

  1. NET/SLET Qualified Candidates Exemption:
